How to make noodle soup
There are many ways to make noodle soup, but here's a simple recipe to get you started:
Ingredients
- 6 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
- 1 celery stalk, sliced
- 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 2 cups of cooked noodles (such as udo, ramen, or soba)
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped scallions for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
