How to Make Chapli Kabab

    How to Make Chapli Kabab   

Chapli kabab is a succulent Pakistani dish that's popular in numerous parts of the world. Then's a form to make chapli kabab at home.

  Constituents   

  • 1 kg diced beef or angel
  • 2 medium-sized onions, finely diced, 1 teaspoon gusto paste
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon swab, 1 tablespoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon garam masala, and mug gram flour( basin)
  • 2 eggs in a mug, fresh coriander, diced
  • 2 mugs fresh mint, diced oil painting, for frying

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, add the diced beef or angel, diced onions, gusto paste, garlic paste, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chili flakes, a swab of black pepper, garam masala, gram flour, and eggs. Mix all the constituents well until everything is well combined. Add fresh coriander and mint to the admixture and mix well again.

Take a sprinkle of the admixture and shape it into a flat, round croquette. Repeat the same process with the remaining admixture. Toast a frying face over medium heat and add oil painting to it. Once the oil painting is hot, precisely place the galettes into the frying pan and fry them for 5–6 twinkles on each side, or until they're golden brown and cooked through.

Once the chapli kababs are cooked, remove them from the frying pan and place them on a paper kerchief to absorb any redundant oil..   Serve the chapli kababs hot with fresh naan chutney, salad, and mint chutney.
