Ingredients:
- 6 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped

- 1 celery stalk, sliced
- 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 2 cups of cooked noodles (such as undo, ramen, or soba)
