  • Ingredients:

    • 6 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
    • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
    • 1 celery stalk, sliced
    • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms (optional)
    • 2 cups of cooked noodles (such as undo, ramen, or soba)
    • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Chopped scallions for garnish (optional)

    Instructions:

    1. In a large pot, heat the broth over medium-high heat until it comes to a boil.

    2. Add the garlic, onion, carrot, celery, and mushrooms (if using), and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

    3. Add the cooked noodles to the pot and stir to combine.

    4. Season the soup with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.

    5. Simmer for a few more minutes until the noodles are heated through.

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

  1. Cook the chow mien noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
